PLEASE HAVE A LICENSED VETERINARIAN CHECK UP WITHIN 72 HOURS
FROM THE TIME OF PICK UP TO ACTIVATE THIS AGREEMENT.
1. Breeder guarantees this puppy is in good health, and has received required
vaccinations and dewormings while in breeder's care.
2. All responsabilities of the puppy are released at the time of purchase. All future
liabilities and veterinarian bills will be the buyer's responsability.
3. Minor health problems that can be cured by medication or surgery are NOT covered by
any guarantee. Additionally, I do not guarantee against, accidents, abuse or neglect.
4. Seller does not guarantee against any common problems such as diarrhea, wormy
stools, coccidia, giardia, ear mites, external parasites, or stress due to change of
environment. The puppy was in good health when it left Lisa's Dachshunds and has had
all required vaccinations and dewormings according to it's age.
~~REPLACEMENT WILL ONLY BE MADE IF ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET!~~
1. The dog/puppy is declared to have a life threatening condition by a licensed
veterinarian with one week after date of sale, and a written report by a licensed D.V.M. is
submitted to seller. All registration paperwork must be returned with the dog.
2. All replacements will be upon availability and for the same value, unless the buyer
pays the difference. NO CASH REFUNDS!!
3. Seller is responsable for all congenital defects up to 2 years of age. If hereditary
problems are found before this tie, the buyer ay return the puppy at their expense for the
replacement of another dog of equal value.
The necessary vet documents must accompany the dog when returned.
